WINTER BREAK PREVIEW DAY — TO BE HELD AT PUEBLO EL MIRAGE RESORT SATURDAY NOVEMBER 18
If you are thinking of a little getaway this winter, be sure to drop by the Winter Break Preview Day on November 18th at Pueblo El Mirage Resort (11201 N. El Mirage Road, El Mirage, Arizona) and hear about this fun January event.
Winter Break, presented by Humana Inc., is a week full of fun activities for the 50+ age group held each year in Laughlin Nevada. This annual festival celebrates living life to the fullest and includes gaming, dancing, educational seminars, trade shows, wellness expo, and a variety of social functions reaching out to the baby boomers and mature seniors alike. The 5th annual Winter Break, presented by Humana Inc., will be held in Laughlin Nevada from January 5-11, 2007.

You'll experience this at the Winter Break Preview Day on November 18th. It's a full day of health, fun and entertainment. Here's what the day will include:
10 am to 1 pm - FREE Wellness Expo presented by Humana Inc. offering various health tests, fitness activities, and valuable information about Medicare.
1 pm to 3 pm - FREE Entertainment and Laughlin casino contests with prizes
"Laughlin and Winter Break are the perfect match! Combine a myriad of activities that appeal to the 50-plus market with this comfortable, friendly resort destination and it's a winning combination; attendance has doubled each year," adds Meg McDaniel from the Laughlin Visitors Bureau.
3 pm to 5 pm - Homecoming King and Queen Contest, presented by Roberts Resorts, where talented and community service-oriented men and women over 50 compete for the title of 2007 Winter Break Homecoming King and Queen. Cost: $4 per person, or FREE with a tour of the Pueblo El Mirage models beginning November 1st. A limited number of tickets are available.
"There are so many talented men and women over 50," exclaims entertainment director Robin Colagrande. "I am glad that Winter Break provides them an opportunity to perform. They are awesome!"

About Winter Break: The 5th annual Winter Break presented by Humana Inc. will be held in Laughlin Nevada January 5-11, 2007. One admission price of $39 (prior to Dec. 1, 2006) or $49 (after Dec. 1, 2006) entitles guests to all of the official activities of Winter Break. Packages including admission and three nights accommodations are available, starting at $99 per person, double occupancy. Packages inclusive of motorcoach transportation, three nights accommodations and admission are also available.
